Q:What's your MOQ? Can l order a sample before mass order?
A: Yes, the sample order is acceptable.
MOQ is 2 pcs based on EXW term, and 20'GP base on FOB term, mixing different items to
fulfill containers is acceptable.

Q:How does payment work?
A: We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.

Q: What if i have my own design for the project?Can you customize it?
A: Definitely.we can manufacture special designs received from our clients, as well as
customize our own designs to suit the needs of our clients.
We can customize the product's size, upholstery material, and metal or wooden frame, we have the R&D Dept and are happy to turn your inspiration into reality.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is our priority,We place great emphasis on quality assurance and implement a comprehensive quality control system to ensure the quality of every production step.We have dedicated QC personnel who conduct on-site checks of production quality, and provide photographic feedback to our valued customers.
Q: How long will delivery take?

A:For sample, we usually charge retail price, and the transport fee should be pay by buyer. But do not worry, we will return the price for sample when buyer place order.
Q:Do you offer customized/OEM service? 
A:Yes. We have our own factory, we accept changing size, materials and even design. We have our own design team, so you can just tell us your idea then we can make proper design for you.

A:We have both factory and export company. Our factory and export company are both located in Langfang city which is the furniture city in China.It is close to Tianjin Xingang port.
